Free Career Coaching Giveaway

Please read the Free Career Coaching Giveaway Official Rules carefully before entering. The Official Rules can be found on the website www.careermindsetcoaching.com and www.drmildredcharles.com website (the “Service”) operated Career Mindset Coaching, LLC also known as the Sponsor (“us”, “we”, or “our”). In accordance with the official rules, the phrases "Giveaway" and "Sweepstakes" are used interchangeably.

1. No Purchase Necessary

Entry into the Free Career Coaching Giveaway is free and does not require a purchase or payment of any kind. This promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is sponsored by Career Mindset Coaching, located at 9701 Apollo Drive, Suite 301, Largo, MD 20774.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01:01 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Tuesday, January 6, 2024, and concludes at 11:59:59 PM EST on April 5, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec), who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees and their immediate families of the Sponsor, its affiliates, and agencies are not eligible. By entering, you agree to be bound by these rules and decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding in all respects.

4. How to Enter

Enter the Giveaway by registering to attend ONE free live online workshop hosted by Dr. Mildred Charles, Career Coach and Founder of Career Mindset Coaching. The live webinars will take place at various times each month, starting on January 7, 2025. To stay updated on webinar schedules and discover additional opportunities to enter, visit www.careermindsetcoaching.com/events. Once registered, participants must attend the live session and stay all the way until the end to be eligible. Entries are limited to one per person/email; unless the participant increases their odds of winning and number of entries with eligible activities listed in the "Additional Ways of Winning" section below or on the giveaway website page.

5. Additional Ways of Winning

To increase chances of winning, participants can win additional entries by inviting a guest or sharing the workshop details within their networks and/or posting the details on their social media platforms. Bonus entries will be awarded for each activity that participants engage in as outlined on the giveaway landing page. Consent to marketing is not required to win and you can unsubscribe anytime.

6. Prizes and Selections

One winner will be selected randomly each month for three months to receive the Free Career Coaching services. The services for this giveaway will include four 50-minute laser coaching sessions addressing one to two specific career concerns which will be identified by both the coach and client during a mandatory intake session. The winner will also receive one free assessment, debrief, and additional career resources that value $2387. This giveaway does not come with any interview prep, resume or cover letter review/writing services. No further promotional offers or coaching services will be awarded or substituted under any circumstances.

7. Prize Redemption Period

The Prize must be claimed within 48 hours when the winner is announced. The winner must begin their first coaching session within 14 days after notification and prize acceptance. The coaching sessions must be completed within four weeks of the start date of the first session. If a client fails to show for any scheduled sessions or is deemed non-coachable, they will forfeit the prize. If the coach-client match is determined not to be an appropriate fit, both parties must sign a release waiver to end the coaching sessions. If this should occur, the winner will be awarded a $100 gift card for their participation.

8. Monthly Prize Periods

During the three-month giveaway period, the following dates will be used to represent a 30-day period; winners will be revealed three days after the end of each month.

• Month 1 Prize Period: January 6 - February 5, 2025

Month 1 Winner Announced: February 8, 2025 @ 5:00 PM EST

• Month 2 Prize Period: February 6 - March 7, 2025

Month 2 Winner Announced: March 8, 2025 @ 5:00 PM EST

• Month 3 Prize Period: March 8 - April 6, 2025

Month 3 Winner Announced: April 8, 2025 @ 5:00 PM EST

9. Winner Notifications

Winners will be notified by email and must acknowledge receipt within 48 hours after the winner is announced. Winners must confirm their acceptance of the prize by signing a waiver of the terms and conditions of the prize. The winner must be prepared to begin coaching sessions 14 days or sooner once the waiver of the terms and conditions is signed.

10. General Conditions

Prize disbursement requires basic contact, employment, and other relevant information as part of client profile. Prizes are deemed taxable income for winners who are then responsible for any and all taxes. Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash or substitution allowed, except at Sponsor's discretion. Sponsor has no obligation to an unable or unavailable winner to utilize the prize. Odds of winning depend on eligible entries received. Winners must comply with all Official Rules; failure to do so may result in disqualification.

10. Limitations and Liabilities

Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other problems that may affect the sweepstakes. If for any reason the sweepstakes cannot proceed as planned, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes. Automated entries are prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or sweepstakes operation.

11. Privacy

The Sponsor may collect personal data about entrants for sweepstakes administration and prize redemption only. Information collected is subject to Career Mindset Coaching's Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

By entering, participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor from any claims arising from participation in the sweepstakes and acknowledge all rights to bring any claim against the Sponsor are waived.
